Gardens by the bay was completed in the year 2012 by an independent organisation responsible for developing and managing one of Asia’s foremost garden destinations. It represents a very unique approach to a botanical garden. While the gardens contain most beautiful flowers and plants around the world. Most impressive sight are the so called Super trees. These vary between 80 and 160 feet tall and collect rainwater and harvest sunlight (as real trees do). Gardens give an opportunity to get unbelievable pictures. 
The Gardens is led by a multidisciplinary team of professionals who have been involved in the greening of Singapore and had worked alongside international and local experts to develop the Gardens. It has an in-house team of skilled landscape designers, horticulturists, arborists, engineers, plant health, garden and turf management experts, as well as plant research and orchid breeding professionals, who leverage on the extensive global network of plant sources cultivated during the development days, to continuously curate and grow the Gardens.
Gardens by the Bay has earned numerous awards and accolades including the World Building of the Year in 2012, the President’s Design Award (Singapore) in 2013, the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Themed Entertainment Association in 2014, the Largest Glass Greenhouse (Flower Dome) in the Guinness World Records for 2015, and the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2016. Envisioned by Mr. Lawrence Ho, Co-Chairman and CEO of Melco Crown Entertainment, and personally created and directed by the world's greatest showmaker Mr. Franco Dragone, “The House of Dancing Water” is a creative masterpiece blending the best of the best entertainment elements from both East and West. A never-been-seen-before production that combines theater, dance, gymnastic artistry and high-performance diving, all of which push the physical boundaries of human performance and which leave audiences amazed and astounded.

The House of Dancing Water is a water-based stage production written and directed by famous director Franco Dragone. This is Franco Dragone's second water show with his company. It premiered in September 2010. Since then, it has been performed over 1, 000 times and seen by over 2 million spectators. The production is located at The City of Dreams on the Cotai Strip in Macau. The show runs for 90 minutes, and features acrobatic elements and original acts, with a stage that transforms into different sets. Over 80 gymnasts, circus artists, dancers, divers, actors, and motorcyclists are featured in the show. The performers work alongside 160 production staff, technicians and professional scuba divers from around the world. Dragone also directed Celine Dion: A New Day and Le Rêve in Las Vegas with his own company Dragone.

Creation : 
The show was created in La Louvière, Belgium. Performers began training in January 2009. The total duration for creation was 19 months, due to a delay in the construction of the Dancing Water theatre

About 70% of the artists in this show are trained to perform almost all of the acts in the show 
Each performer must pass an intense swim test, along with weeks of training to obtain their scuba certification for aquatic shows.
